For some,
photography is all about capturing all the serious moments in day-to-day life.
Perhaps capturing cheetahs toward their prey or an arctic fox curled up to stay
alive. Anyhow, we sometimes need some kind of photography that makes us laugh
aloud. That's where the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards peeps in. The
concept was founded by conservationists and professional photographers Tom
Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks. They had intended to exaggerate the hidden fun
behind wildlife photography. The competition has become so popular among people
who have a big passion for wildlife photography. This has been a quite engaging
way to conserve the environment and the animals. The following photographs show
the anthropomorphic comedic moments of animals including a turtle flipping off
the camera to a parakeet saying, “Talk to the hand.”
