Guy Found His Cat Adopted The Mouse That He Supposed to Catch

So you have been told that cats and dogs are supposed be arch enemies. So much for that because we found a cat that has made his new best friend a mouse. Well, not exactly ‘we’ fount it. This guy Benjamín Sagredo found it.

Sagredo lives in Punta Arenas city, Chile. He has a cat named Simon with him. Sagredo had noticed some strange noises from his kitchen for few days now but he didn’t care much about them since they were very faint.

One day as Sagredo walks into his kitchen he was so surprised to see a mouse drinking water from Simon’s bawl. Also Simon was next to the mouse drinking from the same bawl. And that wasn’t even the best part. Sometimes Simon pet the mouse with his hand. Yeah, a cat with a rat.

So shocked Sagredo quickly did the only thing a sane man would do; he recorded the scene. Because you know, sometimes people have hard time believing stuff like that. “I decided to record it. I thought no one would believe me.” Said Sagredo. You can see that video below.

Sagredo first thought maybe the mouse want to escape and he released it to the outside but it kept coming back. Now Sagredo has even named the mouse. Chefcito. And he is thinking to adopt Chefcito if it keeps coming back.
