Theresia
Fischer, a 31-year-old model from Germany, has recently opened up about the
brutal realities and lasting impacts of a unique and extreme operation she
underwent. Pushed by her ex-partner, Theresia opted for a leg-lengthening
surgery at the age of 24. Standing at 5'6" initially, she now towers over
six feet tall, but the journey to get there was anything but easy.
The
procedure involved inserting adjustable telescopic rods into her shins, which
were gradually extended to increase her leg length. Describing the harrowing
experience, Theresia revealed that her shins were deliberately broken and her
calf muscles were split to accommodate the rods.
"The
shin bone is broken cleanly, the calf muscles are split, and a telescopic rod
is used in each case," she explained. "You stretch your lower legs
independently by holding your knee with one hand and screwing your foot inward
with the other hand until it clicks. Ten clicks a day on each side bring an
additional 0.5 millimeters [0.02 inches]."
The
physical pain and emotional toll of the surgery have left Theresia with deep
scars. Yet, despite the hardships, she has managed to build a substantial
following on social media, boasting more than 142,000 followers on Instagram
and over 200,000 on TikTok. Her candidness about her experience has resonated
with many, offering a glimpse into the extreme lengths some go to for
self-confidence.

in 2019, Theresia expressed satisfaction with the results of the surgery,
citing it as a boost to her self-confidence after enduring bullying during her
teens. She also mentioned that the surgery had a significant impact on her
personal life, including her s*x life.
