Numerous admirers of Amber Heard have
been curious about her decision to leave the United States following her
defamation lawsuit against Johnny Depp.
Previous
rumors suggested that Heard had departed Hollywood entirely and relocated to
Madrid, the capital of Spain. However, with the release of her comeback movie
"In the Fire," Heard made a stunning return.
According
to an insider cited by People.com, Amber relocated to Spain because she felt
she "just had to get out of the
U.S."
"The trial was incredibly stressful,
and she desired a fresh start," explained the source.
The
informant also revealed Amber’s present mental state.
“She has new energy and is focused on
things that she loves,” added the source.

Amber resides in an upscale area of Madrid with her two-year-old daughter,
Oonagh Paige. An insider noted, "She
enjoys greater privacy there."
In
June of this year, Amber's TikTok video went viral, showcasing her wonderful
time in Spain. Amber enthusiastically exclaimed to reporters from the area,
"I love Spain so much!"
"Yes, I hope so," she replied when
asked about her plans to stay. "Yes,
I love living here."

In
a 2018 opinion piece published by The Washington Post discussing sexual
assault, Johnny filed a $50 million lawsuit against Amber, alleging defamation.
Following
Johnny's victory in court, his ex-wife Amber was ordered to pay him $350,000 in
punitive damages along with $10 million in compensatory damages. In her
countersuit against Johnny, Amber had initially sought $2 million in
compensatory damages, which the jury had granted. However, recent reports
suggest that Amber settled with Johnny for $1 million in damages and decided
against appealing the verdict.
Director
Conor Allyn recently commended Amber for her resilience in navigating the
challenging circumstances surrounding the Johnny Depp trial in her comeback
film "In the Fire."
"I'm
thrilled that Amber went through such a terrible experience and it didn't alter
who she is as a person. She remains the radiant light we've always known her to
be. To endure something so awful and emerge on the other side still whole,
well, I can't fathom it," expressed Allyn.
